Update:

Laut Google sollen an die 4 Millionen Menschen die Petition von Google gezeichnet haben, dass Formular der EFF (Electronic Frontier Foundation) wurde von 250000 Menschen genutzt um ihrem Kongressabgeordneten zu schreiben.

Viele der ursprünglichen Politiker die FÜR diese Gesetze waren, sind nun Wendehälse und gegen das was sie vorher verzapft haben.

Ich finde aber eigentlich viel Interessanter das viele junge Menschen jetzt wissen warum gestern das Netz schwarz war. Das konnte man gestern sehr stark beobachten.

Schon fast belustigt war ich gestern über den Post eines sehr bekannten Dj´s der bei Facebook meinte (Ich fasse zusammen) “Das SOPA toll wäre und es nun mal Zeit ist für solche Gesetze”. Bis es dann sehr Böse aber auch Aufklärende Posts hagelte und der Dj dann sehr stark zurück ruderte.

Zum Schluss kann mal sehen was dieser ganze Rotz bedeuten würde wenn Wikipedia dicht machen müsste:

Update: Mit dabei sein sollen auch Youtube, Facebook und AOL. OB sie ihr Engagement wirklich in die tat umsetzen bleibt zu bezweifeln.

Nach einem unheimlich aufregenden letzten Jahr, auf der Erfolgswelle seines Debütalbums “Here Today Gone Tomorrow” reitend (#64 der deutschen Charts, Echo Nominierung Kritikerpreis), veröffentlicht Fritz Kalkbrenner am 16.März 2012 das Mix-Album “Suol Mates”. Die Compilation soll der Auftakt einer eigenen Mix-Reihe des Berliner Labels sein, auf dem u.a. auch Till von Sein, Trickski und natürlich die Macher Chopstick & Johnjon zu Hause sind.
Den Startschuss macht mit Fritz Kalkbrenner der bekannteste Vertreter des Label-Rosters.

Neben einem bisher unveröffentlichten Song von Fritz selbst, einem Cover von “Ruby Lee” von Bill Withers, sind auf dem Album jede Menge Hiphop-, Funk-, Soul- und Dance-Stücke vertreten. Eben typisch Fritz Kalkbrenner. Da tummeln sich neben Tracks von J Dilla und Pete Rock Stücke von Roy Ayers und Plantlife, sowie Boo Williams und Robag Wruhme.
Fritz Kalkbrenners “Suol Mates” spiegelt eindrucksvoll den musikalischen Kosmos des Berliner Star-Produzenten wieder und verschafft interessante Einblicke, was der Mann privat gerne hört, was ihn musikalisch bewegt und was ihn für seine Arbeit inspiriert.

Einige der älteren Soul- und Funk-Stücke erscheinen übrigens das erste Mal überhaupt auch in digitaler Form.

Das ganze wird es ab dem 16.03.2012 auf CD oder zum Download geben.
